Thanks to the efforts of all partners involved in the project "Land movement mapping of the agglomeration of Alexandria (Egypt)" the project has been finalized in time. 

The results were presented and discussed with the local users from Egypt and the World Bank representatives last week.  The generated land motion data over Alexandria will now be integrated and further analyzed in the framework of the World Bank study on "Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Preparedness in Coastal Cities of North Africa". 

A similar EO-based service to generate input for the same World Bank study over the agglomeration of Tunis (Tunisia) is currently being organized by LuxSpace.
